With over 10 years of experience in software development and project management, I have built a strong background in delivering successful software projects.
I have been a freelance consultant since 2016, and have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including BCG, BCG Digital Ventures, EDEKA Digital, Deutsche Bahn, ERGO Digital IT, MVP Factory and several start-ups such as Apothera, Volders, and M-Sense.
As a technical Product Manager & Product Owner, I am passionate about bringing new products to market and am dedicated to ensuring that my clients’ stakeholders are happy.
In 2020, I founded ->bitpurpose to support NGOs and projects that align with my values and purpose.

Franz is one of the best PMs I have worked with. His product management skills were critical to creating our health app from scratch and launching within a tight deadline.
He has a deep knowledge of the technologies, tools, and processes required to build a great app. He handles everything from defining a deployment pipeline and (user) research to feature scoping and performing Scrum rituals.
Franz is extremely reliable. I could always count on him to take care of the great variety of tasks and to deliver on time. Paired with his other strengths motivation and effectiveness it feels like having at least one and a half PMs in the team.
